Residence Halls
Students will find a wide variety of residence hall accommodations on campus that offer comfortable rooms with free campus-wide Wi-Fi access, free transportation to off campus events, along with access to the Clark Athletic Center, Kunath Fitness Center and the Utica University indoor pool during posted hours of operation. Laundry facilities are available in each residence hall and in each section of Alumni Hall. The cost of laundry is included in the room rate.
All incoming first-year students are required to live in University residence halls for their first two years, unless residing at home with their parent or legal guardian who live within a 30-mile radius. All transfer students are required to have lived on campus for four semesters. This means incoming second-year transfers are required to reside on campus unless residing at home with their parent or legal guardian.

- Transfer students may be assigned to any of our residence halls.

- Cluster-style rooms with single and double bedrooms

- Air conditioning (room regulated)

Pioneer Village
- Apartment style buildings with single bedrooms
- Kitchen and Laundry Facilities in each apartment
- Gender-Inclusive Apartments
- Air conditioning (room regulated)
- Two full bathrooms per apartment
- The Pioneer Village is open to junior, senior, and graduate students
