All applicants to the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program must use the Utica University Application.
Utica University’s Annual Security and Fire Safety Report contains information regarding campus security and fire-safety policies, crime and fire statistics for the previous three calendar years, and related prevention and response programs. The report is available at https://www.utica.edu/cleryreport. A paper copy may be requested by contacting Campus Safety at 315-792-3046 or safety@utica.edu
